Why "as an attachment"? This is the only way the invisible technical headers of the original email are preserved. I need exactly those to reliably verify the sender and authenticity. Regular forwarding loses this data.

Step by step

  1. 1 Open the suspicious email in Thunderbird.
  2. 2 Tap the three-dot menu ⋮ in the top right.
  3. 3 Choose "Forward as Attachment".
  4. 4 Enter spam-check-en@moin-moin.it as the recipient.
  5. 5 Tap Send.

Doesn't work? You can also forward the suspicious email normally – the analysis will then be less conclusive, since I'm missing the technical headers. I therefore always recommend forwarding as an attachment whenever possible.
