Forward an email as an attachment

Why "as an attachment"? This is the only way the invisible technical headers of the original email are preserved. I need exactly those to reliably verify the sender and authenticity. Regular forwarding loses this data.
Note: If the menu item isn't visible (e.g. on older accounts), use the file workaround: download the email as .eml via the menu and attach it to a new email.

Step by step

  1. 1 Open mail.yahoo.com in the browser and open the suspicious email.
  2. 2 Click the three-dot menu ⋯ in the top right of the opened message.
  3. 3 Choose "Forward as Attachment".
  4. 4 Enter spam-check-en@moin-moin.it as the recipient and click "Send".

Doesn't work? You can also forward the suspicious email normally – the analysis will then be less conclusive, since I'm missing the technical headers. I therefore always recommend forwarding as an attachment whenever possible.
